What should the Vmax-4 idel at???

I know i Have alot of questions but my vmax idels at 1,000 rpms just wondering if this is right?? The headlight and gauge light are very dim if i bring it up to 1500 it nice and bright. Im think its to low but wanna be sure before i go and bump it up. Thanks Agai Anthony

1500 rpm should be on the money. some people like it alittle higher though.

1400-1600 RPM. Make sure the sled is good and warmed up before making this adjustment, because it will change when the sled is warmed up. Also, don't forget to adjust the throttle free play after adjusting the idle speed.
