Quick question

Does anyone know if the Canadian 1996 vmax 4 was available with a 750?
I have one in my garage that I purchased last summer at an auction and later found out that the tops of the heads read 750. Everything looks pretty stock though and all underhood bolts look as if they have not been tampered with.
Any thoughts?

Look at the side of the cylinders and see if it has 750 or 800 cylinders on it. There was no such thing as 750 after 94 and never heard of any special Canadian versions of the sled. Oh and welcome...Blue

Thanks Blue,
It is definitely a 750, oh well as long as it's a clean, great running V4 I'm happy.
I wonder if there is a place on the engine that will show it's year?

95's were black in color and 96's were red,
also the ID number by the PTO will give you the approx year.

It is a red one, I'll check to see if I can find the serial number on the engine.
