Just got back from one of the last rides for the year. Still have about 18" of ice but with +10C for the next week again, won't be out for much longer. Lined up against A mach z 1000, mach z 800 with pipes , mach z 800 with v force,xp 800 renegade, polaris 800 iQ and a 01 srx with my 94 750 with 800 pipes and gears and clutches, shaved heads with thick base gasket. Would'nt you know it but I ran side by side with only the machs and ahead the srx next and far ahead of the two twin 800s. Ran about 1 to 1.5 miles wide open and they could'nt pull away from me. Checked my GPS and it said 119.8mph. Not bad for a 16 year old sled. After we raced none of them could believe it. They always thought Vmax 4's were slow. I sure opened there eyes.
