Need a measuring favour please!!

Could someone measure the amount of tube exposed in the front end between the scissors? Any year would do but a stock 97 front end would be the measurement I need. Trying to determine the stock length and if 95-96 is the same as the 97. Thanks guys!!

Yammiegod, talking to Skinner right now about lowering mine and we think it might already have the tubes in it, I'm just trying to find out!!

OH DUDE, THOUIGHT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR STOCK HEIGHT!! HANG ON!! 4'' inchs WITH 2'' TUBES in my 95 800. THATS ALL YOUR ALLOWED TO DROP FRONT AT GRASS DRAGS. THIS MEASUREMENT WILL CHANGE ACCORDING TO WHAT TUBES YOU HAVE . 3'' DROP YA WAY DOWN. 3:16 (tony)

I am looking for stock height! Right now I have 4.75" with 2" tubes in I'm just trying to figure out if it came with that in 97 or if they have already been changed. P.S. I think they've been done I don't know why they would raise the back end and then turn around and lower the front!!!

Were the tubes you took out the same size as the new tubes you put in?
