i have a 1992 750 with a fresh engine that has 128psi in each cyl. it has a set of 4 psi pipes and no other mods that i am aware of. i was wondering if i should go up or down in main jet size with these symptoms......when i get on the throttle, exspecially hard, the motor seems to pop a little as revs get in the higher range, plugs look good and i never foul any. the sled is very rideable and other than the little miss or pop which occurs as stated, gose great. it is just a bummer whar drag racing with the buddys that it sucks. but i do not want to lose all the good qualities by tryiong to fix that one problem.
thanks Todd

Here's a link to our tech page: http://www.vmax4.com/vbulletin/blog.php?do=list&page=2
The information applies to '92-'94 sleds.

A POP IS NEVER A RICH CONDITION. THATS A LEAN SPOT. TWO THINGS YOU CAN DO FIX IT. UP MAIN JET OR CHANGE NEEDLE / CLIP POSTION WHICH I SUGGEST. 3:16 (yammie tony)
