Welcome to the site, as for a lake racer the 1995-96's would be my choice (the 1997 had a long travel rear skid)

Welcome to the site! :schild27::schild27::schild27:

There are usually some sleds for sale in our classified section. ebay and Craigslist are also good places to look.

Welcome Barry, They are all the best year. Just depends on which year you have.

Oh FYI, be carfull around Al. He's a stickler for spelling, sentance structure and other stuff like that.

lol, when did we get so grammatically correct!

Welcome to the site and good luck on the search. I know for a fact there are 2 pristine 800's in Mass(as of last night). They are posted on maine's craiglist. The ad has no pictures posted but the seller forwarded me some pics. One is a '95 and the other is a '97. $2200 and 2500 respectively. They are in great shape. Im not sure how much you'll travel for a nice sled, distance usually doesnt bother me.

Well alrighty then...
I see your no stranger to a powerfull sled...that`s cool..
if you score a vmax 4, you could use that ski doo for the "rough riding" and break out the vmax4 for the raw power straight shooting funski..or trail ride it also..i do mine as well as many others..

anyway, cool...thanks for the reply..
