Hi guys. Just thought I would start a new topic while I,m waiting for snow (none at all this year). Any way what really burns my butt is how fast sled manufacturers are in such a hurry now-a-days to obsolete sleds and parts. Just got word from a VERY good source that now Ski-Doo has now made ALL there tripple engine parts null and Void. Very few parts as you know are still available for the Vmax4,s so we are now dependant upon this site and us members to keep one another rolling. I know it has a lot to do with trying to get rid of the 2 strokes all together, but what they are forgetting is that the season is un-predictable as far as snow goes, and what do they think, people can go out and buy a sled every couple years for $17,000 plus dollars? Ain,t ganna happen here. I,m content just to piss around with my old blisters. I don,t know maybe its just me and I don,t understand it, but if you are selling something, or a sled for example, always lots of snow flap kickers, but don,t have a problem signing on the dotted line for a new sled, and making payments on it for the next 5-7 years. I,m no saint by any means, but if I can,t pay cash for it, it just has to wait. And under NO CIRCUMSTANCE, can I touch any money from my pay check. Thats the rules in this house. So I putz around fixing every one elses stuff to fund my pation for the Vmax4,s. In my opinion, there isn,t any other sled but a Yamaha...Rob.
