800 pipes on 750 [Archive]

Anyone runnin 800 pipes on there 93 750 at sea level jetting, I have some questions

Did you jet for the pipes with 800 spec jetting? and if so, how far did you go? Just the mains and pilots? or all out with the 1.0 pilot air jets, the 6gn20 needle valve, 1.3 valve seat and 1.1 starter jet? also whats your needles clip position? and how many turns out on your airscrews?

IZZ, on my 92, I'm running a complete rack of carbs from a 95 Max-4 800. All set to factory 95 800 specs for sea level.
My carbs for my 92 are on the shelf.

Thanks Racer, I remember you saying that before.I wonder if thats what you have to do or if you can just change the mains and pilots.

here is what i was running on my 750 before i went to quads. 138 mains, 47.5 pilots,2 turns out. every thing was at stock setting, had no problems .
