info on RX-1 ski conversion

i need some more info on the ski conversion what exactly has to be done? is there pics i can see?

Without changing the saddles, the only way to do it is to cut out a portion of the bottom of the saddles and grind away some plastic to gain the clearance needed for ski movement. It can be done but expect to do some cutting/grinding.
