Hi all just thought I would say HI, cool site you have here all kinds of good info. I have wanted a V-Max 4 for well since 1992. I found a 92 a couple of weeks ago for the right price and the condition I wanted. It was good engine wise but a basket case body and susp wise. It has come a long way in 2 weeks and is starting to look like a 92 V4. I like odd things I have a bunch of Ultranautics WetBikes and JetStar boats. I pick them up and restore them back to O/E condition. I have had a bunch of Yamaha sleds mostly Phazers, the only V-Max I have had was a 96 XT 600 that I had bought new and got realy put off by Yamaha's and started buying Cat tripples. I love the V-Max 4, it makes me laugh like my Thundercat. The 92 has PSI quads on it and is jeted to PSI specs for a ported engine, I will do a tear down this summer for a reseal and check things out on the inside. It seams to run strong so I hope I find no suprises. "V-MAX 4 SAY NO MORE!"

Thanks guys, it seems like a good place to be. You guys are alot like the guys on Wetbike.net. Its a forum like this just about WetBikes. I will take some pictures of the 92, I always forget to take some before ones before I get started. I get so involved in working on it I forget. I like to get it done and not have it in pieces.
