I think you will really enjoy the new skid just put a 151 2" RX1 03 skid under 92 . Its been on 1 short test drive and taking it out for a long ride in a couple of days. It handles and rides like a new sled good luck.

I had a 159 with one season on it only one paddle wth a little crack in it for $275 was worth more but thats all the guy I sold it to would pay. I forgot who I sold it to. Clutch setup for primary with your psi porting, and RPC twins this should be close to the right set up run Polaris 10 series 60 gram weight and a Almond/blue 150- 310 in the primary That should make you run about 8500rpm. Secondary if you are running a cat secondary I should be able to get you close with that since it is similar to the PEM, run a 51/45 arctic cat helix get a spring from Cutler a blue/white spring dont know the rate on it is and tighten the clutch up so it is about half as tight as it goes I dont know exactly how to tell you where to set that cause I am not looking at an AC clutch. This should give you a good place to start. Post pics soon and let me know when you get those parts I sent you.

If you are interested I have a radiator elmination kit that I made with all the parts it uses and Exciter filler and coolant bottle and a round plate to reverse the coolant passage on top of the engine to point towards the recoil side instead of towards clutch side and in to the radiator. So the coolant comes up from cooler in tunnel and through the exciter filler and then into the engine worked flawless and never had the temp light on shaved weight and cleaned up the engine compartment not having to have that big shroud that goes around the radiator. If you are running in deep snow you have to block off the hood vents though. saves weight you have plenty of cooler area with that cooler that was lengthened 20 inches. If you are planning on doing a lot of low snow riding and ice riding removing the radiator may not be a good
idea but for deep snow and mtns it is perfect. let me know if interested I may want to keep it but if interested I will have to think about it
