1995 VMax ST Longtrack 600 ( bad motor)

Hey guys, I have a guy who wants to sell his 95 Yamaha VMax ST Longtrack. He said it has a tear in the seat but sounds like evrything else is good but 1 thing. He said it needs 2 pistons, cylinders are just okay. It has 3366 miles on it. He was thinking $700 but make him an offer.
Just 1 of the many calls I got! He does live close to here and he said he could try and take pictures and email them or have me do it.

Will some of the parts off of this, fit on the 95 VMax-4 I am getting?? I know the part numbers are the same but the 2 after the first 8 are different. The 600 starts with mostly 8AB

The seat, rear skid, track, tunnel (w/slight mods) gas tank and surrounding plastics just to name a few will interchange.
