Got a nice clean 1996 vmax4 800 4 cylinder LC muscle sled about 150HP all stock with low miles always keep inside and now in trailer for summer,all checked out summarized and sea foam stabillizer in gas,new filters,plugs,all 4 carbs cleaned,155 compression all 4 cylinders,all new idler wheel bearings,244 studs,track good for another few years,new seat cover and seat with 1997 backing from vmaxmike ( 97 was the year that had the best seat and last of the vmax4's ) ,only replaced because I removed the 2up seat that was an option when new.Heat plug installed no holes drilled, only have pics with the 2up seat, just installed the 1up new seat,can take pics if needed.
Have a new set of non skid step plates to go with it and vg cover.
Production numbers 1996: 8BU-003101 TO 003823= Only 722 made. This muscle sled will always go up in value a good investment.
Will sell for $2400.
Or trade for Dual Sport Motorcycle around 400 cc, low miles, "excellent condition only" so I can use it now with CT title and was registered to owner so I can register no problem with CT DMV.
Late 90's or newer and not to far away from me so I can pick it up and I need electric start.
Please send pics of bike,I got more sled pics, can go up or down on price if traded toward vmax4 Yamaha.
