1999 srx 700 belt too tight. help

ok i have a 99 srx 700 and the belt is so tight it is burning on the center shiv ofthe primary at idle and dosnt alow the belt to ride to the top of the clutch. as far as i can tell there is no ajustment on the motor mounts and the little bar on the clutch side of the motor that atacheds to just in fround of the jack saft is solid. what would be the first thing to atempt,
 

ill have to run to the shop latter but i know it has a huck power roller secondary. it that makes any differnce.
 
all the mounts look tight and untuched, every thing look good. what is the proper belt number for the 99srx700 so i can compare tonight. its a sled that was just picked up a week or so ago and just riped around on it this morning for the first time. its a brand new belt so im guessing they put the wrong one on it.
