94 vmax 600 pipe question

hey i have the aftermarket GYT single pipe with what i belive to be a stock can, the question is has anyone ever opened there stock can and gutted it out and if so, with maybe 1or2 size bigger main jet for the slightly increased air flow, would i possible gain a pony or 2 thanks alot.

I agree as my exhaust was borrowed more times than your fathers car. They took my 96 xt exhaust and gave me whatever they had they did the work and so I didnt care.....LOL

are you saying, just the stock can from a 600xt?
