Hand warmers not working

Hand warmers are not working. I don't have a manual but are there fuses for them? I don't see fuses anywhere for anything.

A lot of times it's just a loose connection in the wiring underneath the handlebar pad, or a short because the wires are rubbing on something. I've had my sled for 25 years and have replaced many thumb warmers because they burn out frequently, never had to replace the handlebar warmers.
