Engine idle speed should be 1400-1600 rpm.

Welcome huffy..throw us an intro, and a couple pics if ya can..
and yeah, I`d check out that manual for sure, as the oil injector cable works in tandom with the throttle cable, along with the TORS (throttle over ride system)..so when you adjust the idle, it`s usually a good idea to do a quick check of the other cables/adjustments..

huffy, my 92's owners manual recommends 1500-100 rpm. i always keep mine at around 1500- 1700,
