Overrev on 750

Getting an overrev by about 500 rpm on my 93 with 800 topend. Running 8bu weights with 4.5 grams in tip and heel. Generally I would add weight but these are the heaviest rivets I can get. What options do I have to cure this?

Lighter primary spring, higher helix angle, less twist on the secondary spring will all drop the RPM. Messing with the secondary will affect the backshift though. It may opr may not be undesirable, but it will change some.
