Why would it have 750 heads on it?

When machining race heads for an 800 v max4 starting with 750 head is a common practice. A lot of material has to be removed from a stock 800 head and welding of the water jacket is often needed. The 750 heads makes this much easier.

Not sure if its the same sled, but there was one very similar to this one forsale on KIJIJI ABOUT 2-3YRS AGO in sault ste, Marie. Looked just like this machine. Guy was looking to trade or sell. The price if I remember correctly was WAY less than the asking price now. This one looks a little rougher than I remember when posted back then if this is the same sled. If it is, it sure migrated quite the distance...Rob.
