SSR TRACK

I have a 78 SSR which came with a 77SRX track. I found a good SSR track but when it was installed it is so tight that the track won't turn. Does anyone have any idea's why? Could the suspension be from a SRX? The SSR track is 112" long and I believe the SRX track is 115" long. I have seen pictures of other SSR's and the bolt that comes from the rear axle to the rear sway bar is straight up but the bolt on my SSR faces back at an angle. Any help or idea's would be great. Thanks

The SSR has a 112 inch track and suspension. The 77 SRX has a 116 inch track and suspension. You must have the longer 77 suspension, that is why the SSR track is so tight. A 77 SRX track should not work on the SSR suspension. It is too long. My SSR and my 77 SRX sway bar link on the rear wheel are both straight up and down. Jeff Wurl
