hi the vmax pros!
for my vmax 600 xt 96, I had the back of the bent rear suspension.
I was given a suspension of sx vmax 1999 in very good condition.
seen as parts are hard to find (except the dealer ...) in my country,
I think the install on my xt.
but sx less travel than xt, right?



therefore, is that I could get the front part of xt in the shape of "V" (in place of "W" sx) with my shock and straps and keep back rear part of the sx ....? ??

if so, I not have to re-drill the tunnel front attachment point, but against, I need to change the 2 points
back, as indicate there ....

What part of the XT rear suspension is bent?

the top axis, the two bars transfers, and two parallel bars to the central shock.
but I résolu the problem in party:
I shortened the rear "T" sx, while putting the rest of xt (central damper, transfer bars), see pictures




I tried with my old track, and it works!
purpose wheels higher sx axis are larger than those of xt,
I have less room in the tunnel for my track 1.35 ".
I do not know if I move the coolers under foot steps or if I can get move a little the last point of the rear suspension downwardly...?

Thats normal that the ends are kicked up a little bit so that it is easier to turn.
