Torq specs cylinder head nut and stud. Sequence???

If I'm reading the manual right the cylinder head nuts are torqued to 16 ft lbs.
cylinder body nuts 20ft lbs
Cylinder studs 9.5 ft lbs
and is there any specific sequence ???
