First sled I bought new. Pulled suspension and planned on a big bore for it but got sidetracked so it has sat like this. Ran track with trail hooker plates and bender tunnel coolers, still have them. Used sled one winter. It pisses me off to see the engine is not numbers matching. Got...
I can duplicate this templete for you. A set of ninety degree brackets need to be fabricated for the rear suspension three bolt bracket mount reinforcement. It's rather convenient that the new holes end up where there are no previous suspension factory reinforcement. You can re-locate the...
I made this template years ago when I fabricated a Pro-Action into my '92. It was easy since the '97 has the previous years suspension holes in the tunnel, not being used. I located off of the rear reflector hole, which is the same from '92 to '97. And the forward most previous years...
Enjoying a few coolies, decided to take the 92 for a spin around the back yard track tonight, and a couple pulls down the middle, the dragstrip... WoooW.... re-frozen,,, harddd,,, packkkk... O'''hhhhh www..aaa. ttt.. ffff''' This thing is power now.
Runnin' the '92 750. Aaen quads, 96XT rear suspension. Flat crank.
A mild mannered heavyweight.
I tried not to burn up all my snow today.:rotflmao: I think I'll run this sled around tomorrow some too. I just cant get used to that flat crank sound.... More vibration too. What...
I considered trading these pipes a couple years ago, but got cold feet. Now I have another Vmax-4 with Aaen pipes. This makes four Vmax-4's. One is going to have to be left stock. So the pipes I never used can go.
They look to be brush painted gloss. They have one miss-matched flange...
Hi there. I just picked up a neat machine. The story is it was delivered to Aaen brand new and "done up" with the quads, a flat crank, and clutching and carb adjustments. I suppose the pistons are cut, don't know about any porting for sure. One thing that is interesting. It has what seems...
Does anyone have a suggestion on a slide cut away starting point for using round slides on a 433 and 643 piston port engine?
A speculation on starting point for the piston port engines will be helplful. Don't want to be pileing up too many unwanted slides.
Thanks,,,,
